Not so fast Kitty M., looks like the ramp in question is an OFF ramp from I-5 South. But now looking at it closer, might it be from the CEID? LikeLike Reply

I think you are right, down to Water near Stark. Wouldn’t mind it still being there today. Quite a bit of this land is just sitting fallow, too small for building and too big to not wish it to be useful. LikeLiked by 1 person
